Missions vision, support and involvement are vital to reaching a sin-sick lost world and for the constant strengthening of any fundamental Bible preaching church. "Where there is no vision, the people parish" Proverbs 29:18. As David had the support of his "mighty men" to strengthen and make David king of Israel ( 1 Chronicles 11:10) we, at Fayetteville Street Baptist Church, believe that Jesus wants "mighty men" to step forward in love and actively support the ministries of FSBC, especially Missions. We, at Fayetteville Street Baptist Church, believe that we are obligated to proclaim the gospel of Salvation commanded by Jesus Christ in Mark 16:15, "And He said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." We believe that missions involvement will strengthen and spiritually bless the church and the individual Christian. Thus, we encourage the continual, active participation, united in support of mission projects and missionaries in the United States and abroad in foreign countries.
